She put her hair up and then started touching the instruments. Didn't wash her hands nor put on gloves. Who knows where her hands have been besides in her hair! She did a very poor job but the worst part was she padded the bill. I guess she thought it would be okay to charge for time she didn't use because we have insurance. Find a dental office that follows proper protocol for hand washing, etc. One that doesn't over bill would be better too.

She is friendly, informative and a true leader. Her ability to stay focused and calm during chaos is an inspiration to all of the office staff and interns around her. As an example, I was having a tooth extracted and after 5 injections of anesthesia, my tooth was still sensitive and I was yelling and freaking out like a crazy man - Dr. Javadi calmed me down with her soothing tone and brought out the laughing gas and got the job done. My apologies to the staff and clients who I might have scared that day :-) Marlene Heics is the best Hygienist that I have ever had and is completely thorough! Knowing my medical history, every session starts with Marlene taking my blood pressure and doing an oral exam and she refers any findings to Dr. Javadi immediately - as an example, she texted Dr. Javadi over a weekend to remind her about my condition. The professional staff at the reception is always on top of me to keep my appointments, re-book immediately when I have to cancel due to business travel and never let me mismanage by own oral healthcare. They are always friendly and cheerful as well. I would recommend Kennedy Dental to everyone as a sole source for all dental needs!

I had sheepishly gone for my check up after 3 years. Dr Gurjyot was amazing. She showed me what was wrong with my teeth on camera. Also listened to all of my concerns and was very thoughtful when giving explanations about what treatment was required for me (I had to get some fillings) Booked a subsequent appointment and promptly got them done (very good vibes from the Dr and the place was so pristine and clean)

They defraud the insurances with their direct billing. They make promises they cannot keep! The administration is unorganized, untrained and rude. Every time you are there someone is fighting with the admins and reception because of malpractice. They give you bullshit excuses like " we tried calling you" " we left you a message" Do not waste your time to save a couple of bucks as they defraud insurances so you do not pay the 20/10% your insurance does not cover. The person ( I cannot call them dentist) who takes wisdom teeth out is a savage who behaves like a veterinarian and has really bad breath for a dentist. I do not recommend anyone to go there! I will get my attorney involved as soon as I get back to Canada. I went to a dentist in the state who listed all the wrong doings. For ortho, they have no plan or even stable dentists , changes every now and then ( once they actually get their licence they leave ). Do not waste your time going there . Before the staff starts answering to this message - note that a complaint has been lodged with the Better Business Bureau and the RCDSO and I have all the proofs to back this up.
