Laz was professional, courteous and accommodating, going well above "doing his job". In addition to tailoring the suit to my father-in-law's preferences, he included several personal touches which were thoughtful and very appreciated. The suit is of excellent quality and customer service at The Suit Shop was beyond excellent. The pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend this place, we could not have been happier with the whole experience!

I had two dresses altered by her and both had to be fixed twice. One of which never got fixed properly and I paid her before checking the alterations. So, I am out of luck on that dress. I used to have my husband dress pants altered and dry cleaned by her. But after two years of inconsistent store hours, we ended up buying my husband dress clothes that I could wash at home.

Fun fact, May is busy. Weddings, prom's, Bar Mitzvahs... it is all happening. Walking in a week before prom, I was concerned we were SOL but as long as we were ok with the traditional black tux, Sam's could make it happen. This was actually our first choice. We came in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was busy. After wandering around, it appeared a line was forming so we lined up. However, after a few moments, a younger women approached asking how she could help. She measured, wrote up the order and and cashed us out in less than 10 minutes. She explained what the next step would be and we were on our way. I have tagged his mom and grandma in for pick up but based on past experiences with my boys and the efficient from last Saturday I have every confidence everything will be fine. TBH I have no idea how they compare to other tuxedo places, pricewise, but I think they have a great selection and the customer service is clearly a priority. Now that I am done with dressing young men for prom I will have to find some black tie events for my husband to take me to. :-) They have a very nice selection of mens clothing and they might do alternations, although I am not sure if that is just for purchase from them or if they take outside work as well. This location alone was disorganized, unknowledgeable about suits, fit and style. They weren't even aware of other Collin locations. I mentioned I was from Toronto and needed to order something to a close location to Toronto and they told me that London was the closets, meanwhile, there's a few in the GTA area I found out at a later time of wasting time, money and gas. There were so many things that went wrong with this company between the Windsor and London (head office) locations. This post would be extremely long if I listed every issue I had within a 3-4 month period - most stressful 3-4 months. There are much better suit clothing companies out there in Windsor/Amherstburg area. I also found better prices at other suit companies - just at a regular price.
