We were serviced by Vula and we were all totally charmed haha. She's a delightful lady whos been working in the industry for 50+ years. She reminds me very much of my Eastern European Grandma, and some may not understand her approach but I assure you that if you just sit back and relax... you'll find yourself giggling and smiling the entire time. She's a CHARACTER, but she's also providing a genuinely unique EXPERIENCE that will have you giggling years into the future when you're looking back on all this! We didn't have a huge budget for my second dress and Vula just winked and said "Not to worry, I take good care of you". Due to COVID, they won't let you browse dresses unattended, they prefer to bring options to you - which we totally respect! They're taking precaution seriously and I can honestly tell you that many stores are not as compliant. In the end, we found all the dresses we needed and left with a giant smile because we came in under budget and with beautifully sophisticated gowns. I will forever remember Vula. I'm grateful for her time and glad I surrendered to her expertise because it led to such a timeless wedding dress. Each bridesmaid left happy and they're going to make special arrangements with the girls who live near Toronto by shipping to a location closer for them to pick up. Amazing! We extremely disappointed and frankly appalled by our experience with Collins Clothiers London. The…read moreentire suit ordering and alteration process was incredibly frustrating and caused an unnecessary amount of stress leading up to a very important day. The suit required the alterations to be remeasured three separate times, which was extremely concerning. We were also told that the suit was not in the store, only to find out after asking numerous questions that it actually was in the store. This lack of communication and organization is unacceptable. By the time we were finally able to pick up the suit, there was not enough time remaining before our wedding event for a final fitting, leaving us with no choice but to take it as it was. For an occasion as important as a wedding, we expected a much higher level of professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and customer service. Instead, the experience created an abundance of stress that we absolutely did not need leading up to our special day. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning to Collins and would not recommend their services to others. The level of service we received was simply unacceptable.

I was a bit stuck for ideas but after speaking to the McCullochs Balloon Center staff I went for an assortment of Star Wars Balloons including a 6 ft tall Stormtrooper. That was his favourite. We added a few other Star Wars themed balloons and still stayed within my budget. They offered a delivery service but I was able to pick them up myself so I didn't have them delivered. Thank again to McCullochs for taking the time to discuss with me on the phone and helping me find exactly what I was looking for to make my husbands day extra special.
