The staff are unhelpful and it's obvious that they do not like their jobs. There's 2 types of staff: the one who stares and follows you the entire time to make sure you don't steal, and the one who's on their phone and won't even greet you or even look at you. The prices are quite high for what they're selling. Yes, the items are beautiful but they're often way too expensive. There's also almost never any sales. Overall, Sea Jewels has great potential to become a successful business. Too bad their rude staff and high prices are driving everyone away.
