All she had to do is twist the back off the watch and I could do the rest on my own. It would have taken 1 minute with the correct tool wrench. She made every excuse to avoid providing customer service. She was not busy with any other customer at the time. She has a whiny nasally voice that makes you cringe. I will be complaining to the manager about the lack of service tomorrow.

I've been meaning to go pick up a pair of leggings with fleece on the inside. Toasty warm! We purchased an electronic from one of the vendors and it broke (it was just a knock off). He didnt even ask us a question, just replaced it on the spot. If you are looking for cheap rugs, stereo equipment, books, video games, movies, body and regular jewelry, clothing, furniture, the GWM has it all. It really is fun to rummage around for a few hours. It's also attached to The Forest City Surplus which will take care of your surplus needs. It isn't glamorous, it's no Covent Garden, but it has a special place in London's heart and it's AWESOME! Have had some jewellery repairs done over the years and also recently purchased another watch. I broke the crystal on the Wittnauer and took it back to Gordons to replace with another sapphire crystal (about $100). Picked up the watch and it looked fine but I noticed later in the day that it wasn't keeping time (actually I thought it strange that when picking it up the clerk reset the time just before handing it to me). So I took the watch back to Gordons when in London and few Saturdays later to check it out. Then they called to say that the mechanism was probably damaged when the crystal cracked and it would cost another $100 or so to replace. So I went into the store to talk... ask why the mechanism wasn't checked before replacing the crystal since as she said "the mechanism is quite often damaged when the crystal is cracked". Anyway, the clerk conferred with Ms Gordon-Bock and was firm in their stand that they're not responsible since they had sent the watch off to Wittnauer (I wasn't told Gordons would just be a middle-man) for the crystal replacement and they're not sure when the mechanism broke (possibly when I had it back as far as they know). Either way, not their problem. My view... they handed me a new sapphire crystal on a broken watch and someone should have checked the mechanism first. Gordons had a number of ways to satisfy a customer (this is only the second time that I have written a critical online review, not really hard to please). But they chose not to. Now instead, I will take the watch elsewhere and spend the $100 to have this watch fixed (its a nice older watch) and I have since made several purchases at another jewellery store rather than Gordons.

The aisles were organized, and it was easy to pay out. They ask you at the til if you want a bag, but it cost 5cents. Declined because I will end up tossing and I was buying containers :). The parking was quite large. Pavement is a bit beat so dont trip over,the plaza looks a bit sketchy with boarded up window from a break in? Traffic is a bit crazy from lot to store so look both ways.
