Had to head there when it opened and spent 2 hours scrambling to get clothes that fit. A button was missing from the suit jacket they gave me (the only one that fit) so they quickly sewed on a new one and it fell off halfway through the ceremony so I had to hide it in as many ways as possible. I was in the store with my daughters today Sunday November 26 to try on some outerwear, my daughter had to assist me by reaching for the higher level items I wanted to try on as well as look for special hook to take them down while two sales ladies at the desk which were maybe two feet away watched us. We were not greeted nor acknowledge with the exception of the young gentleman working in the men's department the entire time we were in the store. I did happen to make my purchase and left the store wondering if I should return it simply because the service was so horrific at the lack of customer service for a high end store. I doubt I will ever walk in there again. I would not recommend shopping in the woman's dept unless you want to feel invisible.

They didn't fit, they were wrinkled and delivered in the bottom of a garbage bag. We were missing shirts, cuff links and other accessories. If you think I'm kidding, I assure you, I'm not. Once received, we expressed that we were unhappy with them, and were essentially told 'too bad, you got what you ordered". We immediately went elsewhere and got proper tuxedos fitted and rented, just in time for the wedding. After the wedding we went back to Bud Gowan's and were told that "because we took the tuxedos off of the premises, they did their part", and we were obligated to pay the full amount for the wrinkled, incomplete mess we were given. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, don't let them ruin your wedding like they almost did ours!

I have taken advantage of this great deal and have used this service number of times (dry cleaned my formal wears, blankets, downs, winter jackets, coats and etc) and have always been greatly satisfied with the service (one day turnaround time!).
