I thought since they claim to specialize in formal wear it would be quality service, how wrong I was. Not only did I have to pay up front, but when we returned for the dress NINE days later as arranged it was only hemmed in the back and the front was completely untouched! When we advised the prom was now only two days away we asked if it could be fixed the next day, we were told that they didn't know and to call after 10 am. No apology, nothing. This caused much stress as it was not leave us much time. When I called the next morning I was told it would be done by the end of the day, again not even an apology. When we went to pickup the dress we were ignored a good 5-10 min before anyone came to the counter, she handed the dress over and just turned and walked away. When my daughter tried it on again it was hemmed at the front but not even and still touching the floor which was not the length it was pinned at. They want payment upfront and rip you off, take your business elsewhere because there's no refund!!!!

Even if he was unable to do it - there is a right and wrong way to speak to customers.. yelling at them is not the correct way. She was upset at the reation and therefore she left, but on her way out, the old man yelled "If you leave this stor and try to come back, i will not do it for you". That is not right. I sincerely hope this was just a one-off situation due to stress, but regardless of the reasoning, my mother is an older woman just trying to get her clothes hemmed.. she deserved to be treated with respect.

I notice that the fabric is noticeably better and the clothing I buy here seems to last longer! Their pant styles come in different lengths, so taller and petite sizes have better selection.
