Even if he was unable to do it - there is a right and wrong way to speak to customers.. yelling at them is not the correct way. She was upset at the reation and therefore she left, but on her way out, the old man yelled "If you leave this stor and try to come back, i will not do it for you". That is not right. I sincerely hope this was just a one-off situation due to stress, but regardless of the reasoning, my mother is an older woman just trying to get her clothes hemmed.. she deserved to be treated with respect.

I recommend him highly because his judgement in suits is spot on. Every man should own one good dark suit for weddings and funerals and Flair Alterations is where you'll get properly fitted. I was quoted a price and given a date to return for pick up. I called the day I was told it would be ready and was told they were still working on it but that it would be ready the following day. The second day Anna called me early afternoon to say that I needed to come in after 5pm b/c it was still being worked on. When I asked her for the final cost the price she gave me exceeded the quote by more than $75!!! When I asked how come I was told the hemming was double the price b/c the dress was lined hence two hems had to be done. As well the jacket cost was higher "b/c the material is difficult to work with" I honestly feel as though I'm being taken advantage of!
