Not only did I have to pay up front, but when we returned for the dress NINE days later as arranged it was only hemmed in the back and the front was completely untouched! When we advised the prom was now only two days away we asked if it could be fixed the next day, we were told that they didn't know and to call after 10 am. No apology, nothing. This caused much stress as it was not leave us much time. When I called the next morning I was told it would be done by the end of the day, again not even an apology. When we went to pickup the dress we were ignored a good 5-10 min before anyone came to the counter, she handed the dress over and just turned and walked away. When my daughter tried it on again it was hemmed at the front but not even and still touching the floor which was not the length it was pinned at. They want payment upfront and rip you off, take your business elsewhere because there's no refund!!!!

I was quoted a price and given a date to return for pick up. I called the day I was told it would be ready and was told they were still working on it but that it would be ready the following day. The second day Anna called me early afternoon to say that I needed to come in after 5pm b/c it was still being worked on. When I asked her for the final cost the price she gave me exceeded the quote by more than $75!!! When I asked how come I was told the hemming was double the price b/c the dress was lined hence two hems had to be done. As well the jacket cost was higher "b/c the material is difficult to work with" I honestly feel as though I'm being taken advantage of!

I recommend him highly because his judgement in suits is spot on. Every man should own one good dark suit for weddings and funerals and Flair Alterations is where you'll get properly fitted. Hassib is always very busy and it seems many of his customers come in from London due to his reputation but when he says he'll have an alteration done he has it ready exactly as promised.
