I didn't want to be too picky. I called him a second time and he says he went to the house and sent two photos. I asked him that based on the photos it looks like he didn't do the bushes and edges. He said he did but if I am requesting more photos he would charge me more. He sent me the invoice for $65 and I thought something wasn't right. So I decided not to pay him. Dakota came out and took care of the biggest issue and let me know what could be done about other things. He was beyond helpful and we talked about him returning to fix the rest. He also measured for a new thermal cover. However, the main office never followed through with a return visit or to finalize my order for a new cover. I didn't even get a response to the email followup request that I sent the day I received the invoice for the original visit.

Mike (second Tech) came out twice and finished on June 13th. Since that date and some 35 plus phone calls and habitual not being true to their words, no one has ever showed up for weekly maintenance since. Horrible service.
