Turned me over to collections which the invoice they sent me was returned because of incorrect address so collections called me. Told them the situation and I was going to speak with them. Personally went to the office in Sheridan with non postmarked invoice someone from their company put in my mailbox. Asked for an adjustment due to their incompetence of sending a timely invoice. Was told they would pull me out of collections, talk to owner about adjustment, call me and resend an invoice and took down my correct address. Needless to say they did NOT pull me out of collections, sent an invoice for the full amount 566.93 that my insurance would have paid since it was a busted pipe in my house that American Leak Detection found. However, waiting 4 months to hand deliver an invoice to my mailbox my claim had already been closed. So I am stuck with a 566.93 bill that would have been covered under my insurance claim. The lady in the office was rude when speaking with her. Ya know it is a federal offense to put something in someone's mailbox that isn't delivered by the post office!!!! I would NOT recommend this company at all!!!!
