Moore Construction company was a referral I received from a previously satisfied family member. One thing that I found amazing was dealing directly with the owner Joe. He did not disappoint either. I have an insurance company that is known to be difficult to deal with at times. The first appraisal did not go well. Joe explained the "re-inspection" process and calmed my fears. After all, I had been with my insurance company for over 25 years. It was time for them to be there for me. It is quite a small world because Joe had personally worked with the 2nd appraiser over 5-6 years ago and she remembered him like it was yesterday. The appraiser approved a new roof replacement (and managed to throw in the replacement of my yard shed as well, thanks to Joe). Joe took time to walk me through the shingles and material selection process, wow, did I learn a lot. The day the replacement was scheduled things ran very smoothly, it was completed successfully exceeding my satisfaction. I even had some external fascia and internal water damage repair completed. I couldn't have been happier or more satisfied with the finished project. Moore Construction has been awesome! I can specifically speak to dealing with Miguel Herrera on both projects I have done which included all new siding and gutters back in October 2015 and most recently repairing my roof in July 2016. Both jobs were handled with professionalism! My most recent experience included me coming home one night to a leaky roof. I called Miguel that night (it was around 8 pm) and he answered and stated he would come out the next morning (which he did) and tarped my roof as well as checked for hail damage. It turns out I got hit hard by hail previously which was causing the leaks. He worked with my insurance company to get me a new roof and was able to get the job scheduled in just a few weeks (this was during a very busy time for roofers due to all the storms in our area). They put a new roof on in about a day and a half and cleaned up all the mess like they were never there. I recommend using Moore Construction but would suggest to specifically ask for Miguel as he is who has always been the project lead on my jobs and has always bent over backwards for me! read more

This is by far the best construction company in the Dallas area. They not only go above and beyond, but the quality of their work is unsurpassed and their customer service in on par with Lexus and the Disney company. They truly believe in giving the customer more than they expect. For any home repair needs the only company I trust to do any work in my home is Moore. When my roof needed replacing the owner of the company came out and worked with my insurance adjuster and took care of everything all while I was out of town and couldn't be there. I recently entered into an agreement with Moore Construction Company to replace the siding on my home. My initial and only contact with Moore in regard to this project was their representative, Ms. Kathy Arnold, who met with me and subsequently prepared the project cost estimate. In reviewing the estimate, Kathy exhibited her detailed knowledge of the work that had to be done and she was up front that the estimate could turn upward some depending what unforeseen problems might be found as work on the project commenced. Frankly it was Kathy's apparent knowledge of her business and her expressed confidence in Moore Construction to skillfully and efficiently handle the job that convinced me that going with Moore was right decision. Finding out that your house need repair is very nerve-racking. As many house owner you want to make the right decision on who to let in to work in your home. I contacted Moore Construction Co. The company sale rep Miguel Herrera help us understand the insurance form and what the work needed to be complete by the insurance standard. He communicated with them to adjust few items to finish the transaction. The work was done quick and in a professional manner. The roof crew were excellent and prepared the premises maintaining all in order. Everything was clean and remove from the property after the job was done. The indoor crew where cautious about the property as well and caring to protect items that were in the inside prior painting. Overall, it was a well-orchestrated job done in a timing manner. I payed Moore Construction Company to replace a window and several window screens which were damaged by hail. Their representative wanted payment up front for the work, and said someone else would be calling me to set up a time for them to come out. Someone did come out to replace some of the screens, but the broken window was not replaced and I never heard back from Moore beyond a customer satisfaction survey that they sent me. I replied to the survey, but did not hear back from Moore about the rest of the work. This week I was able to get in touch with James at Moore Construction Co. and he has been very responsive and hard at work to get the issues taken care of, going above and beyond to get the work completed in a timely fashion. Mistakes and miscommunications happen, but I appreciate the commitment from the people at Moore to correct them and take care of the work. read more

After several attempts to get an estimate from other companies I finally got in touch with them and guess what.....they actually showed up and on time! Ibrahim Jameel was running a job at my neighbor's house and I had been watching the workers, the work, and the materials being used. I was impressed with all three. I needed siding replaced on one side of my house and had not gotten around to requesting bids. I was concerned that a small job would not be interesting to a contractor. Ibrahim gave me a bid that was less than I had envisioned and scheduled the work to occur sooner than I expected. There were no surprises. This is by far the best place to get your exterior remodeling; so due to the wind storm, I needed to replace my fence, I thought the search was going to be painful and stressful. However, they made all the process easy for me, I did not have to worry about talking to my insurance company and do all the paperwork. My sales rep was Kevin, he took care of everything, he gave excellent suggestions, he let me knew he was going to travel beforehand, but the same day the owner introduced himself to make sure that the procedure was smoothly, I feel extremely secure that everything was going to be perfect and the way I wanted. After the hail storm this spring (2018) Miguel from Moore Construction Co., shared a full flyer with references. I received about 10 different flyers, business cards, and saw crews going door to door to gain business. After I spoke with Miguel, I didn't want to work with anyone else!! With a smile on his face he helped me work with the insurance company to get the the roof and gutters replaced. He worked hard for me with several back and forth communications to show damage that the adjuster had missed. Once that was settled, The guys that worked on the house were friendly and efficient. I did upgrade my gutters with covers and had some siding replaced, facia, and had everything painted. I'm so happy with the completed work and Miguel! read more

We have had a wonderful experience so far with Kathy and Joe. We ended up having to have our entire roof replaced and several other things as well due to hail damage. Kathy has helped with the whole process and also been great with the guidance of dealing with the insurance company. there are still a few little things to be completed but we are so very happy with everything. Went by the ratings here and gave them a try few months back! Once the concrete was poured they never bothered to come back to take the frame out in spite of multiple reminders. I was prepping my yard and found a very poor quality around the edges. This is after increasing the cost of work from $1100 to $2000 for a 50 Sft error in the quote by them which was on the contract. We had them replace the siding on our house, replace the gutters with seamless gutters and replace the skylights on our roof. Crew worked hard for three days straight and got everything done. i Needed a siding tune up, and resealing of sunroom windows. The rep Richard ws very thorough with what I need done. Work progressed on a timeyy basis, siding done and painting of faded trim and shutters was great. Sealing windows took longer and had to be redone but the result was good. Huge disappointment unfortunately. The company designed a patio cover that they were unable to engineer. Suggested that we move forward without a permit on several occasions. City requested engineering data that Moore was unable to deliver. Holds the customer responsible for hiring a deficient engineering firm. Had no choice but to hire another contractor after months had passed. Refuses to return $2,000.00 deposit. read more

So far, they have reinstalled and replaced vinyl siding, patched holes in brick exterior, and torn out and replaced my concrete porch. They may also install new gutters in the near future. Miguel Herrera is the very best roofing contractor that you could ask for. He's prompt, courteous,friendly and most importantly honest. He put on my roof 2 years ago.
