As we were fixing up our home and outside playing with our kids etc and quite honestly, sometimes not being the best neighbors we could be to a business trying to make cars smell and look "prestine" lol, I watched him build his business day in and day out with such pride and grace and always with a smile I've even seen him out at few family friendly events in the community with his family and knew he was something special. Fast forward: I was sad to see him leave our location but was happy to see him expanding into his new location this past year :) so now I watch his videos: so proud of his accomplishments, and the moment I'm like how am I gonna get this sticker for my business on my car (that needs to go on when atleast 45°F) I finally think....hmmm.... I'll ask Evan to help me with my kinda weird ask :) so I drop by unannounced to explain my easy but weird dilemma, and with minimal questions asked, I have my beautiful sticker on my vehicle promoting my business too! couldn't have been more happy signed one very happy momma ;) THANK YOU EVAN! Pleasure doing business with you!!

I have a very basic membership; that said the standard should be the same for all memberships regardless. The equipment holster is broken, many of the vacuums are not working or not there altogether. Things have definitely changed. When I inquired a few months ago, I was told they had complaints and were working on the situation, yet when I was there two days ago, nothing had changed. The location is ideal, but oversight seems to be lacking. I hope the management/ownership team looks into this and restores what was when it first opened. Thank you.

I have been a customer of a similar service in Brampton, ON for many years, and I was generally satisfied with their work. However, having moved south to the balmy Peninsula, I was looking for a new supplier - and I think I've found one. The price was lower than Brampton, and I think the job was done better - having just moved and having transported people, animals, plants, computers, food, and much more over the course of several weeks, it was a mess. Of course they upsale, but seeing the shape of my car I agreed to it all haha. The process for pulling up to being complete was just a little bit over an hours. The associate who took my service request, was very friendly and did provide good suggestions. Not a detail pricing expert as I don't do it often, but I felt the services that were provided were worth what I paid. I will definitely try maintain and use the interior services again. Although the car did not get clean clean, but again it was in bad shape, so I couldn't complain. Few more should look like knew! My only pain point with delta sonic is the construction of ALL their shops not just this one. It's very stressfully to me trying to get to the car wash entrance. Everyone does not follow the every other car rule and it can't get ugly in that line!

I paid for a Super Kiss Plus plan and come to find out that Delta Sonic has been doing a basic wash…read moreon my car all winter. The basic wash uses a neoprene brush, that and along with their recycled water that is full of abrasive elements after washing multiple cars all day, has left scratches along both sides of my brand new 2026 vehicle. Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage
