Energy work at the beach with vivid visuals!…read more I received a session with Shanqual where she worked on my energy through the back at the beach! Before the session, Shanqual asked me if I wanted to work on anything in particular and based off my answer she moved accordingly. We focused on the hips, womb, and head leading with the heart, crown, and sacral chakras. During the session, I had very vivid visuals of my future children, specifically my daughter. I then saw the lineage of women I had come from with one of my spirit guides there with me as well. Shanqual used a multitude of methods to bring me into "awareness" including essential oils, incense, singing bowl, music, crystals, and a tuning fork. The focus of the session was to cleanse the womb space to align with the heart, to step into the crown or highest self. To seal the deal, we went into the water to cleanse the womb space with the ocean. The next day my hips were so sore it felt like I hit a work out lol. After 10-15 minutes, she's able to pick up which chakras of mine are open and energies are flowing through, and which ones are blocked/slow.
