No notice. No explanation. No staff. We later learned they wouldn't be opening until 9:00 PM. As a business owner of more than 35 years, I understand that mistakes happen. But allowing customers to make reservations, sending same-day confirmations, and then being closed during the reserved time is the kind of operational breakdown that should never occur. I can't comment on the food or service because we never had the chance to experience either. But from an operational standpoint, this was an extremely disappointing experience--especially for visitors who planned part of their trip around this reservation.
