Stephanie contacted me to confirm the appointment and tell me more about sound bath therapy and preparing myself, thoughts, etc. Upon arrival I had a short assessment before getting started. She took her time and I didn't feel rushed. It was very peaceful, calming, relaxing and relieving. I enjoyed it. Many months later, I was thinking about trying Reiki. And in January this year an e-newsletter from Stephanie appeared! And what should I find among her special offerings for the year? None other than a pack of 3 -90 minute Reiki Massage sessions. I booked right away. Same as before, Stephanie has been wonderful. We spoke several times before the first session (I had additional questions) and she explained the process for preparing myself, my mind etc. Each session has been great. I'm so glad I took the risk because she's fantastic at what she does. I bought the deal for a 90-minute therapeutic massage w/ podal acupressure. Making the reservation was super easy; you can call in or text her. I believe there's also a way to book through the website, but it only allows bookings in one hour increments. She was very responsive and I was able to book my service within a day. Judith's technique is great and she really focuses on the problem areas that you discuss. I've had massage therapists spend 10 minutes discussing my needs, only for them to ignore our entire conversation and just do their routine. It felt like Judith really understood what I needed (which was a LOT of back work), and she targeted those areas perfectly. I practically floated off the bed by the end -- that's how great her work was. Also, her massage table is heated and, believe me when I tell you, I very nearly fell asleep as soon as I got under the covers. Her office is very easy to find and there's a huge parking lot as it's a business plaza. The inside is very cozy and warm; I felt welcome and comfortable as soon as I entered. I cannot recommend her enough and look forward to visiting her again soon!
