I found her business online and the ratings showed great. I called to schedule an appointment and no response so decided to drive there (since it states the center is open for business) to hopefully speak with someone. Take the risk of driving there and the business is closed with a signed on the front stating to call the number and she can be there in 5 minutes. So I call again hoping she would pick up. Again no response so I leave. No big deal cause I took it upon myself to risk the drive there. Ten minutes or so after leaving the center, I get a return call and was given the reason she is not there is because she only work off appointments due to covid precautions. So I schedule an appointment for a date and time. Called the day of my appointment to see if it's possible to be seen sooner than scheduled but no response or return call so I wait until my scheduled time. Drive 40 minutes to get there (10 minutes early) and wait until 1 minute before my scheduled time before walking to the front door. And again no one is there!! So again I call to get an update. No response... I wait in the car for 10 additional minutes hoping she might return my call. No return call. I call again... nothing!!! It's 25 minutes after my scheduled time so I decided to write a review because she lack professionalism and consideration for my time and travel. If you know you are too busy or unable to keep the schedule you scheduled for me or anyone, then at least have the respect and audacity to call your scheduled potential client to update them prior to them driving to your establishment. Never again would I attempt to do business with this individual. After 40-45 minutes after my scheduled time and have already left the premise, she finally returned the 3-4 missed calls and states something came up and asked if I would like to reschedule. No remorse in her tone just nonchalant as if this is a routine. From the look of the center, it shows she lack business ambition and Entrepreneurship.
