I couldn't believe it I was blown away. How rude I was leaving 18% by the way, I thought that was generous for my situation. You go to massage to relax and it just got me so upset. This spa is what I call "no frills" meaning you go in for your treatments and there aren't any other amenities outside of the waiting area that has tea, water and snacks. The pain is so so much better, he has regained feeling in parts of his leg that they told him may never have feeling back, he is mobile again, more active and even purchased a bike to go biking with our kids!
