It is recommended to do it twice a week to see results. This is a much quicker session, 15-30 minutes. I recommend drinking plenty of water before hand just to prepare the skin for the deep cleaning it will endeavor. I also suggest taking pictures of the products you use on a daily as far as cleanser and moisturizer for her to look and and provide suggestions. I truly could not believe when I heard that an acupuncturist would be opening a place in Hurleyville. I met with Celeste, the owner, and found out that things were about to get even better - she takes my insurance and would also be offering massage therapy. Celeste and PJ are exceptionally capable in their respective disciplines. They have created a really warm environment in which you feel respected and SO well taken care of. The relief I feel after a session is unmeasurable. I'm so grateful that they opened a business here!
