(The furniture was shipped from California and assembled at their warehouse in Yspsilanti). We were like WTH? But when we called the store our sales person Ross, came to our house the next day and put the screws in. So I'd call that pretty good service. We will keep using Tyner since we consider them one of the better furniture options in the area.

I just talked to somebody in customer service who told me that they cannot service it because they did not move it to my new hone. I asked her what I should have done and her response was to call Arhaus and ask how to move the table. That is the dumbest response I have ever heard! So according to her thinking I need to call each individual furniture company to find out how to move each piece of furniture in my home. She did however give me the name of the company that Arhaus refers to for issues after the item was moved by someone else. Also, the manager of the store where we purchased the table told me to call customer service and there wouldn't be any problem since it's still under warranty. I'm not blaming the manager at this store. They need to train their staff properly too.

The set is considered restaurant quality contract furniture. It looks great in Walter's apartment. Walter tries to live by the concept that form follows function. The customized metal chairs have real wood insert backrests and padded vinyl seats. Walter had looked in stores and on line for months and months for regular dinning/kitchen tables tables & chairs, finding only $99 junk and $1800 custom furniture. Pete and his crew spent a great deal of time helping Walter decide on his purchase, a gracious gesture given that Premier sold over 16,000 chairs last year. Pete mentioned that he recently did a new restaurant in Novi, Michigan, The Big Salad. So, after picking up his new furniture, Walter drove over to The Big Salad to check out Pete's work. The sales person that came up to me after some time was very vague and seemed uninterested. She told me about a chair and walked away. I found a recliner and went up to the front and the gentleman helped me. I assume he may have been the owner. He was very helpful. At first I was going to get delivery but decided it would fit in my car. He insisted on wrapping the chair because it was a lighter color. He also helped me take the chair and load it in the car. Although the first person was not too helpful, I appreciate his effort and assisting me. Overall a good experience due to him.
