When we place our orders it took them about 20 mins to make the order and it sat in the window under heat lamps for another 10 mins. The food was warm not hot , when the food was delivered. 1 order was made wrong and the server stated the it would take another 20-30 mins to remake the order because they only have one cook working. This was unacceptable, the order should have been expedited. When the order was finally delivered the side condiments was filled maybe 1/2 of the cup so the guest asked for more and they brought out another 1/2 filled cup of condiments. When we all asked for our checked the other guests asked for military discount and there server seemed to be mad that she had to re-ring there checks again and they charged the customer for an extra side of condiments and didn't even take the wrong order off of there checkes for compensation.
