After that, a nice gentleman cleaned my home for a few months. He quit around Christmas. After that, each week, a new person would show up to clean my home while I was at work. Although the cleanings were good (some better than others), I became uncomfortable with the parade of strangers coming into my home each week. So I stopped the service. Last month, the owner, Michael Danziger, emailed me to tell me he still had my key. I asked him to send it back. A week later, I emailed again asking for the key to be returned. This week I emailed again and finally got a reply that the key was placed in the mail. Today I received an envelope from MaidPro, with an ad for cleaning service. No key. I looked at the edge of the envelop and there was a hole along the edge. I contacted Michael. He said that someone at the post office probably took my key. I should go to the post office and open an investigation, he was sorry but there was nothing he could do about it. I suggested that as a professional, he return clients' keys in more secure packaging. I told him I'd send him the locksmith's bill. Anyone know a good locksmith?

I now have the cleaners come in once a month to do all the things that I can't do on a daily basis, and every time I come home I am pleased. His customer service is also excellent as he takes requests and never makes you feel like a bother for asking about certain services. I did the add on for refrigerator cleaning and my husband loved it! The cleaner took everything out, cleaned it and organized the contents of our entire fridge. For the $25 it is def worth it, we'll probably do that every few months.
