Online vendors like Black Tie don't have an issue with you taking a little longer to return your items and you can find better quality items and more experienced and attentive staff at any one of the Halberstadt stores in Sioux Falls. You can likely buy a decent/fairly good looking suit for less than the cost to rent one from this store.

We explained the situation and were instructed to leave the return at the return counter, look around, try on, and then come back.
