She then proceeded to be ask the manager a few questions that he seemed to brush off while she flitted around nervously and said, "We haven't done this in so long!" When she started to load the gun, I realized she had no idea how to do this. That's when I really started sweating bullets. She got the first earring in but my husband immediately said, "Uhh.. that's in a really weird spot." It was extremely high on my earlobe. She agreed and apologized but offered no compensation. I then said I needed to leave. But get this... she made me pull the earring out of my ear on the spot. This isn't something they can even reuse so I'm not sure why she was so insistent on it. I HATE needles or piercings so the whole thing made me squeamish. Thankfully the hole healed up really quickly but I can't say I'm about to go back. I learned my lesson! Eep!

My girlfriend and I called a few weeks ahead of time to let him know what we're looking for. When I arrived in person, he had a variety of items ready to show me. Alon made the process very easy, showing and explaining the differences in stones and bands. Most important, he was very honest and trustworthy. The showroom has an extensive variety of jewelry.
