Thomas and everyone in the store are so helpful! My family and I have purchased from here for many years and we recommend it to everyone!

What an INCREDIBLE place for an engagement ring. It can be difficult trying to find a jewelry store…read morethat really cares about the product they're selling and who they're selling it to. Abby was responsive, hard at work, and a fantastic sales woman. I could not be more satisfied with my ring. BUY FROM ABBY!!!

I just had the most unhinged experience at their Harvard location with what I believe may be Abby's…read moreson. I took my ring in to be resized in late April. I picked it up several days later and it fit, so I left not thinking anything of it. Put it in my jewelry armoire as soon as I got home. Took it out several weeks later to put on and noticed the stone was loose. It's loose enough I don't feel comfortable wearing it, so I put it on my to-do list to take it back for the prongs to be adjusted. I called the store earlier this week explaining and they advised to bring it in. My dog got sick not an hour after I hung up so that consumed the next two days and I was unable to make it back. I went in today since I'm off work and explained and the man at the desk said he remembered speaking with me. He then inspects the ring and says it will be another $150 (on top of the $250 I paid for the resizing) to fix the issue. I explained it didn't seem logical for me to have to pay additional money for what was clearly an issue caused by the resizing. The man went on about how it wouldn't be fair to them, so I said, "Okay, I'll take my ring back, then." He wouldn't give it to me! He then said, "You have some options: you can either stand there and be hard, or you can take a seat and we can see if we can work something out with you." Appalled by his aggression and his unwillingness to hand over my ring, I stated again, "I'm good standing, and I'll take my ring back now, please." He proceeds to demand I leave "his" store, to which I replied, "I will GLADLY leave as soon as you give me my ring back." He finally returned it after I asked for the third time, all while getting even more aggressive and raising his voice about how they "don't want my business" as I was walking out the door. I was shaken by the aggression as it was, and then he started following me to my vehicle, still yelling; what, exactly, I don't know as I couldn't hear over the traffic noise. I immediately locked my doors as soon as I got to my car and left. There was a security guard there who witnessed the entire incident. I was never aggressive, never raised my voice, etc., yet was met with utterly unhinged behavior. Do NOT give this company your business. Women are clearly unsafe with this unstable man.

I was turned off at first because I had called around to several places asking for quotes. Every other jewelry had no issue giving me a quote over the phone, but another Moody's I called wouldn't give me even a ballpark estimate unless I brought it in. This Moody's location at least gave me a ballpark, but said I needed to bring it before they could tell me what they would charge. I decided to bring it in as it sounded like there was a chance their cost might be lower than some other places I spoke with. I'm glad I did. Not only did the fix several loose stones and re-plate both rings for half of my lowest estimate elsewhere, but they did a fantastic job. My wife was unhappy with the last loose stone repair from another jeweler - they had apparently pushed the stones in a way that made them look uneven. Moody's not only fixed the newly loose stones, but apparently straightened the ones my wife was unhappy with. She also said they cleaned and re-plated it so that it looked as good or better than new. They also did all the work in about 3 days since they do all their work in-house.

We have done business & bought numerous pieces of jewelry in the past from this store. I told them I would think about it , so I waited about 3 weeks, my husband said "just go have it fixed." So i took it back into the same store, talked with the same woman, they took my ring & before I got back home I got a call saying since gold had gone up so much it would now be $450.00. FOR A PRONG? I went back & got my ring. I was furious. I stopped by JDavid jewelry in BA they would fix it for $193.00. Guess who has my business now. This would never had happened if Robert were still alive & manager of Moodys. I will NOT EVER REFER ANYONE TO THEM AGAIN & WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER PIECE OF JEWELRY FROM MOODYS.

I have went into other jewelry stores and have been borderline discriminated.... lack of service based on looks..... even though I was wearing a 2024 Rolex no Date Submariner.. ... BUT NOT AT Diamond Cellar They were great. The gentleman there Took his time and went over several different watches. I finally settled on A new Blue Dial black bezel Tudor 68... beautiful watch..... Now I did go in looking for a new Rolex to add to my collection, but none were available that day ..... but I am used to being patient and waiting..... I still got a great watch for my B-Day Thanks. Nineteen hundred dollars and a month later I received the watch back with a still non functioning power reserve. I had to send the watch back to their Cleveland, Ohio repair facility twice and twice the watch came back with the same problem. The second time I was told that their "Sixty rated " Rolex horologist had found nothing wrong with the watch. I then sent the watch to the seventy-something watch repairman I used in Green Valley, AZ who knew more than how to change batteries in a Timex. Within a week--not a month-- I had my Rolex back with restored power reserve.
