If you want to be treated like a dog, then go here. I almost died leaving their office. They are…read morethe most rude, crude, disrespectful, uncivil and unmannerly bunch of people I have ever dealt with at a Surgeons office. They made me leave so quick that I was shaking and nervous, I had no one with me, I have a bad heart and the gauze they shoved in my mouth was so full of blood that I looked like I was in a car accident. The gauze was hanging from the inside of my mouth because that's they way they shoved it in because my mouth was numb from the nova cane so I couldn't really feel it & didn't have a mirror to see where it was because I would have fixed it so it looked much better than what they did. They gave me prescriptions when I left and I belong to a mail order. When I sent the prescriptions in to get filled, the one CRUDE girl in the office cancelled my pain pill prescription because they didn't tell me that it was for local pharmacy only. Well that was never told to me so how would I have known that. And then, when my prescription was going to get filled, the office wouldn't let the pain pill get mailed to me, but they never called me to tell me that. I waited 3 weeks and still to this day have no pain pill in my hand. I had so much pain in my jaw it was unbearable. I have been quarantined & I have a bad heart, so therefore I have all my prescriptions mailed to me. They should have told me about being by pharmacy only. By the time they pushed me out of that office with blood all in and around my mouth, I would have hemorrhaged to death trying to drive to any local pharmacy. They have NO BEDSIDE MANNER, the Doctor treats you like your just a number not a patient. They wanted me to sign papers right after the extraction when your dizzy, lightheaded, nervous, shaking and bleeding and I told that woman in blue scrubs, "oh no, I'm not signing that right now under this nova cane and I don't know what that even says I don't have my glasses on to read that." So I waited until I could put my glasses on then I asked her what that paper was for before I sign anything. Everything in that office is rush, rush, rush, and I almost wound up in the Hospital because of them treating me the way they did. I would never in MY LIFE RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GO TO THIS ORAL PLACE, THESE PEOPLE ARE RUTHLESS, AND DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU. It felt like I was in a SLAUGHTER HOUSE.

He was friendly and made sure that I was comfortable through every step of the procedure. He explained everything he would be doing before doing it and talked the whole time through the procedure itself. He knows how to alleviate anxiety. My only complaint would be that everyone was wearing their masks pulled down while in the room until they were literally right next to me. I walked in wearing a mask. You had to ask me to remove it, for obvious reasons. At least have the decency to wear your mask while in the room with me. Clearly, I have concerns about getting sick, and I shouldn't have to talk about my medical conditions for you to do me this courtesy. If a patient was masking when they came in, at least do something as simple as masking in turn when they are forced to be vulnerable with you.

Most dishonest, money hungry group of people on the planet…read more They are ABSOLUTELY obsessed with giving you x-rays, whether needed or not. The first words out of their mouths at EVERY visit are "You need a new x-ray!!! You can get an x-ray on Monday and then come back Tuesday, and they will tell you that a new x-ray is needed before further treatment. One time the office manager said that my current x-rays were acceptable, but then the hygienist told me I needed a new one. It is a scam to build up your fee. It costs you about an extra $300 but costs them basically nothing to perform the x-ray. Pure profit to them.

They examined each tooth and gave me an estimate for $5000.00. I went and git the tooth pulled. Then a couple days ago a filling fell out and they said the wouldn't fill it until I got a hygiene cleaning for a $1000.00 before they would fix the filling. They tell you the xrays are free but that's nothing but an incentive to make money. Also I had a cleaning 7 months before at my regular dentist. I've never had dentists tell me they wouldn't fix a filling. This is a big money business. If you don't have the money to pay their exorbitant bills, don't go!!!

They started taking all kinds of x-rays and I questioned why and I was told that the Dentist would not see me without a complete set of x-rays. I told them I had recently had x-rays taken at another facility and I could have them sent, but was told they had to have their own. When the Doctor came in he wanted to do more xray. I refused and he explained that a tooth had been broken when the bridge came out and he wanted to do a more advanced exam. I asked him to please just reglue the bridge in. He did with the understanding that he would not guarantee anything once I walked out the door. It lasted less than a week, cost $168 and today I received a bill for another $138 for a panoramic x-ray. What a scam. I am extremely upset. Over $300 to reglued a bridge that lasted less then a week. I will never set foot in an Aspen Dental again and will tell everyone of my experience.
