Walked in on a Friday right after opening. We were given menus and once we were ready our order was taken. We ordered birria fries, chicken tenders, a burrito bowl, and a burger for our food. For drinks we ordered a flight of 4 beers, a cola that comes from Mexico and a mango drink. Everything came out in a timely manner. The food was flavorful and the drinks were delicious. As time went on more and more people arrived.

We enjoyed a very solid stout and an amazing fresh margarita. Our waitress was sweet and attentive. They sell cans to go as well. Glad we popped in on our way to the beach!

Chill with great beer. I had the Lupita and it was a nicely balanced IPA. You can also pair these up with a shot of tequila for extra yay. Had a really nice conversation with the bartender about our dogs. She was kind and cool.

Good brews, good food, and good vibes. We stumbled on Monzón Brewing while walking back to our VRBO and I'm so glad we did. We went in for an be drink to check it out and left hours later after sampling the beers and playing uno.

We have been to Monzon at least three times in our past two trips to PVR. Great little brewery with plenty of seating. The beer is good, with a wide variety from IPAs (Lupita was my favorite) to stouts. Location couldn't be better, right in the middle of everything. Also, they sell canned beer to take to the room or the beach.

Citrus pork tacos and Baja shrimp tacos.

Always a solid choice. Great house made beers, delicious food pairings and comfortable atmosphere in the heart of the romantic zone. Must try!

We loved this spot! Never tried craft beer before in Mexico and they did not disappoint. Fun crowd too, we met friends and got great city recommendations. Staff was friendly, yes it was hot, not much AC but hey we're in Mexico, whatever we had fun. Will be back

Craft beer is like non-existence in PVR. Monzon's owner is from Oregon and they take pride in their beers. A nice variety of styles of beer. Didn't get a chance to try their food but looks good though. They have activities on certain nights and it was trivia night when we were there, but we didn't realize it was upstairs.

Solid brewery to relax at! Our server was so nice and I really liked my watermelon beer I saw they had a kitchen but we weren't hungry at the time to get food. I don't think they take card so make sure you have cash

Amazing craft beer. I tried the viva la vida and tropical craft pale ales. Ice cold glasses and both brews were clean and refreshing! I loved the flavoring on both ales and definitely would drink again. I also got the Chico sized guacamole and it was very good (and a large portion!). The tortilla chips weren't the best but not a big issue for me. I was alone and sat at the end of the bar and listened to lively conversations from some ex pats. WiFi available.

If you're looking for really great craft beer on draft this is the place! It's a fun venue, with the bar half inside and half outside, and thankfully not surrounded by TVs! There are plenty of tables for seating indoors as well. We've been here a couple of times, the brews we've tried are very well done, and the prices are decent, not a bargain, but fair. We tried sours (the best), farmhouse ales (really great), and some lagers (also tasty), all have been very balanced and served chilled. There is a food menu as well, but we always have just stopped in for some beers, will have to try a snack one day soon. Awesome spot!!!

Stout and fried deviled eggs!!! Yummmers!!

This place hit the spot. The fried deviled eggs and the chicken peanut tacos with cheese are riquisimo (Devine). They are a must try. The service was outstanding and the staff were friendly. Great music and clean environment.

A must try brewery in Puerto Vallarta. The beers are full or flavor and absolutely delicious! Picking a favorite was hard, so I'm glad I did a flight to sample several, but Chaos Theory was probably my favorite. On top of great beers, they have delicious food. I did barrito fries and Ken did a burrito bowl. We left with cleaned plates. Service was quick and friendly. They are two stories with a larger lounge upstairs and small patio. Downstairs is the bar, some seating, and their brewing equipment.

We stopped in for a drink to cool off and enjoy the view. It was still early so the restaurant was pretty empty. Staff working was all wonderful. We sat along the waterfront overlooking the river. Cocktails menu did offer a lot of nice creations. It's a full bar so whatever you prefer it could be made. Killing some time with the cocktails, we went for some snacks to share. The ceviche which was well presented and served with chips and extra salsa. The fish was fresh and marinated well with the lime juice. Also loads of avocado on top and fried calamari. And the nachos with rib eye. They didn't asked how we wanted the steak cooked which it came out well done. That was accompanied by beans and cheese. Good thing salsa and pico de gallo was also brought out. Even though meat was well done, it was still quite tasty. The restaurant itself was quite beautiful in the main floor which leads out to the grassy area. Beautiful spot for a party or wedding. There's also an upstairs level that is open air as well. Across from the restaurant, they have the brewery which we didn't try out. That as well is along the river on the opposite side. It's a beautiful restaurant and a nice try if you're walking along the riverfront island.

Prices were as expected for higher end dining in a popular tourist area, but comparable to what we pay in Albuquerque at a popular gastropub. Fish tacos, ceviche, a cocktail, and a bottle of artesian water set us back about $50. The menu was filled with delicious sounding options, and the flavors were fresh and refined. The ceviche featured octopus and calamari, and it was marvelous! I wish I could remember our server's name. He was a delight.
