The truck needed a couple of minor missing parts such as an A/C outlet in the dash and the cover for the drink holder in the center console. They said they had already had the parts on order and after purchasing the truck they called the following week to schedule the installation of the parts and number plates. After having the vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic, we were told the car should never have passed inspection in the condition it was in. We were then faced with approximately $2,600 in repairs almost immediately after purchase. Instead of taking responsibility or working with us to resolve the issue, the owner blamed us and then tried to blame the independent mechanic. There was no accountability, no customer service, and no genuine effort to make things right. Buying a vehicle is a major investment, and customers deserve honesty and transparency. Based on our experience, we did not receive either. If you're shopping for a used vehicle, I recommend having any car from this dealership thoroughly inspected by a trusted mechanic before signing anything.
