    William Annab has been awesome throughout the whole process. He convinced me to fly from Waco Tx to Houston just for a Truck. Great guy!

    A real waste of time I don't recommend walking in here you will still end up walking out 8 hours later just upset and only free water

I was told that today they they will have to apply for a new title and that they can not mail me the title. So is my title in storage or do they have it and just not gonna send it to me! I have requested the owner to please call me several times and I still have no call back! I would give a 0 but that is not allowed. All I want is my car title and I have been lied to over and over again!! Do not buy from here because you will not get your title!!

My experience indicates a concerning pattern where vehicles are presented as fully reliable and thoroughly inspected during the sales process. However, critical mechanical failures and substantial operational issues have emerged almost immediately after the transaction was completed, raising serious questions about the integrity of your pre-sale inspections and the overall condition of the vehicles you sell. Moreover, when these significant post-purchase problems are brought to the attention of your team, the response has consistently been one of dismissal and a perplexing lack of accountability. It appears there is a concerning disinterest in addressing emergent faults, with staff acting as though they are entirely unaware of any pre-existing issues or responsible for resolving these immediate post-sale defects. This approach demonstrates a profound lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and safety, especially given the considerable investment customers make.     I just want to start off by saying I don't feel "a type of way" what does that even mean grow up…read morelittle boy ? if you care about safety don't go here most of the vehicles have frame damage or don't have ac- someone stole my wife's car and wrecked it and the airbags didn't even go off - think about if my wife was in that car how hurt she would be legally the airbags shouldn't have gone off I'll be talking to my lawyers at Gonzalez law firm , they always win my cases if you need a law firm ... paid for another car and it has bullet holes in it no ac again airbags don't work remember document all of these things or else you can't win in court people remember stay away from dealerships with "no warranty" and don't even let you test drive the car which will also be to my advantage in court... his name is Chris who owns it and just had a baby I wonder how he would feel if someone treated his child like this haha karma is a mf Chris hope your kid stays healthy haha and I do have proof of insurance little boy don't lie like you have been I'm sorry you think I feel a type of way I don't have feelings in something that is necessary and paid for . If you cared about your customers you wouldn't even respond the way you are the lemon law is real so is threatening me . And as you can see "airbags" didn't eject as they should as state law and just because you bought these cars under different llc doesn't mean each of them can't be found and sued... the 600 was the down payment for the Lexus you even called me and discussed it I have the call recorded because I worked in the car industry with snakes like you since you're going to pursue legal action against the Toyota we will not have further transactions with that vehicle until settlement is settled. All legal fees will be settled before any further payments since you want to threaten me with a vehicle that was unsafe and definitely a hazardous airbags didn't deploy is definitely not something the courts take lightly and I hope your kids get treated the same way it was my mistake ever thinking doing business with a person like you was ever okay have some respect for your future family come on. And "complaining " about you selling us a car with no ac haha let me see if your newborn can handle a car with no ac bet he would have a heat stroke!
