Parking is a breeze out front with plenty of spots in the front of the store and getting in couldn't be easier. Once inside, the space is very open and well labeled with extra special deals in the front- very well organized and clear signage. Since I'm a newbie in this store it took me more than a second to figure out where I wanted to go. The dumbfounded look on my face must have given me away because the most friendly sales associate immediately came over and asked how she could help. Within two minutes I had exactly what I came for - two bottles of wine and a single malt whiskey that was sure to please. Overall, I couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience. If this level of service continues and the selection is as good, I'm sure to be upgrading my rating to a 5. Well done!

I called the store and was greeted with a friendly hello from the other end of the phone. I asked the gentleman if he had any Whole Hog Pumpkin Ale. He replied we have plenty. I came to the store, he immediately knew it was me on the phone and helped me load my cart. He didn't realize I wanted to buy cases of this particular beer. They only had 1 1/12 cases in stock; which I bought. He then offered to contact their other stores to see if they had any more. He took my number and is going to call me if and when they locate more pumpkin ale for me. (Distributors stop their fall ale early) I should have written this sooner, because everyone at this store is friendly and so helpful. The prices are equivalent to other nearby "supermarket prices". Even if they are a smidge higher, I will always support them and their "small" business, which to me isn't small when they provide the customer service they do. I have to say once again, if it wasn't for their amazing employees who always greet you with a friendly, (masked hello) I would not shop here. I encourage everyone to support your local business. Initially I was excited to be able to browse beers at an upscale shop in Bergen County. So, this review is about the selection of beers, not the wine. They advertise that they have a large craft beer selection. Although it may be true that they have a large amount of beer, they ONLY HAVE CORPORATE brands. It's a trend now to have LOCAL craft beer. It tends to be fresher than beer shipped in from other states, and it's better to support local small business. When I was leaving, I bought only a 20 oz. diet coke. No one asked me whether I needed help, or why I was leaving without making a beer or wine purchase. If someone had asked, I would have told them. It may be possible that there was a couple local beers available, but the selection was minimal at best. I was also disappointed that they do not have beer taps or growlers available. For an upscale wine shop that advertised having craft beer, I just expected these basic things to be in place.
