Today was my first time here, and I was treated with professionalism, courtesy, and pleasantness…read more I was greeted by a very nice woman at the front desk, didn't have to wait very long in the waiting room, and was taken care of by Dr. Bianco, and his assistant Lynn (Lynne?). I was a little stressed upon arrival, but was feeling much more calm during and after the procedure. Dr. Bianco did an excellent job making sure I was comfortable, and felt no pain, and Lynn was also excellent in assisting the doctor, and to me in making sure I knew what to do after the procedure. Everyone here was exceptionally nice. THANKS! P.S. UPDATE: Dr. Bianco called me at home in the evening to make sure everything was O.K. What a very nice, and caring Doctor.

They saved my teeth and continue too. I have bad mental health, a severe disorder that nearly took…read moreme twice. I've had my ups and downs in office, but overall when I look at it all, this is the office for me. They do sometimes not explain billing super well. But they have payment options which is nice, and their one of the few offices that works with government insurance. There was one cruel tech, but they fired her pretty fast it seemed because she was in multiple complaints for her cruel behavior. Which made me respect the office immensely. It showed they understand the struggles people go through that lead to teeth issues. They could've probably easily told me dentures, but they didn't. They took their time fixing each tooth, they were always kind throughout, and I am so thankful for all they do and have done. I've noticed some even now with use a numbing gel and then the numbing agent which is nice. I have a high pain tolerance but still, a little less pain in this world ain't so bad! I definitely have had moments when my disorder has acted up there, but they kinda seem understanding of it. They'll give me a second when I'm anxious. They let me pause. They fight insurance for coverage. Now I'm finally making more and will be moving insurance, and be able to afford treatments outside what the government allows, which makes me even more grateful because i know they know what they're doing. This place made me not afraid of the dentist anymore! Yay!

I had a tooth extracted here and experienced a concerning lack of post-op care and communication…read more Immediately following the extraction, the doctor instructed me to take my prescribed antibiotics so the site would heal properly. However, the prescription was never sent to my pharmacy. I tried calling the emergency number provided on my discharge paperwork over the holiday weekend, but no one answered, and my email went completely unacknowledged. When I finally reached the office on Tuesday, I was told it must have been a "mistake" and that the doctor was referring to antibiotics prescribed weeks prior. When I asked for further clarification about why the doctor explicitly told me to take them post-surgery, the receptionist just chuckled and brushed it off. I am now 9 days post-op, in severe pain radiating to my ear, and having to seek care elsewhere for a likely dry socket/infection because this office completely dismissed my concerns. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy care. Update: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE WITH SERIOUS MATTERS IT WILL NOT BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY!

I went to two other places that wanted to pull a tooth of mine and sell me implants, Dr. Scott was able to save it no problem! Teeth cleaning and any other work is a breeze! She always has answers to your questions or is a stone throw from the doc. If you have any issues she follows up with you within minutes on the phone, not days like some commercial francises. Appointments are easy to make and you won't wait weeks or months like some "dental factories" out there. This is top-notch personalized care. Located the North Hills and a stone's throw from Downtown Pittsburgh. You are a simple phone call away from a team that will change your life! What are you waiting for?!?! Dr. Scott is very experienced and actually worked as a dentist at another place I won't mention. This is where I met him. He left that practice and I was very depressed dental wise and put off going anywhere for at least a year. Then as things would have happened and the planets aligned just right, here I found Dr. Scott again! His new place is phenomenal like his care! Now I've been there three or four times in the past three months (catching up on care) and look forward to it! Instead of being treated like a bank or an idiot, I am treated by him and his whole staff like a friend. Genuinely they all are just good, caring souls. Thanks, Dr. Chad Scott, Kim, and Shelly!
