I told him where my boyfriend was because he was not at an exact location. He was on the interstate between 2 exits. How could I have given an exact location? He laughed and said well ma'am I can't price you for that if I don't know where he is. Well, can't you just go there and get him? I was very dissatisfied with his customer service.
