I've taken my 2004 Lexus SC 430 to John since it was brand new. It's now 22 years old and runs like…read morea top. John is trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable and reasonably priced. He checks my car out completely and if he finds a problem, we dicuss it before he actually does the work. My car runs like a top and has never let me down, thanks to John. He will usually repair whatever is wrong while you wait. His shop's is clean, spacious and welcoming. He and his employees are polite, respectful and friendly. I can't say enough about this shop. Try them yourself. I think you'll find the same.

This place is definitely deserving of its good reviews. I had an unavoidable accident on the…read morehighway which affected the splash pan on my sister car. I called this place twice-both times Sam was super helpful. Brought the car in-and the owner? Checked under the hood and gave me a fair estimate. I would have gotten the work done here but they didn't have the part and I had to leave that day. So they advised that I go to the dealership. I did. Once at the dealership, they of course had a long list of things that I needed to fix. Big surprise. I actually called Ozzie's again. The owner? Or a lovely gentleman told me what exactly to do if I he were to give advice to his daughter. I really appreciated the honesty and compassion. It's clear this shop is more about quality and satisfaction. Although I didn't get my work done here-I totally recommend them!

We have a 2012 Audi Q5 that we love and were convinced we should only have serviced through our…read morelocal Audi dealership. We were methodical about it... until we met the crew at Solo Motorsports. For the last 3 years now, we've had all of our service issues handled there and have never had a single complaint. They are a small shop, with high personal detail given to each customer. Each time either I or my wife walk in or even call... they know who we are. They've made practical suggestions to keep our vehicle running longer and then made fun suggestions to see if we wanted to turn our quiet unassuming family SUV into a yuppie rocket wagon from hell!! We have always said that this is one of those vehicles that we will own until it dies. With help from Solo Motorsports... we plan on enjoying it and keeping it running for as long as possible. I'm not sure I'd ever take it to an Audi Service Center again. We're spoiled now.

Realized this when I saw the charge on the card. Called to inquire why there is a difference. Was told that they charge 3% for processing any card payment, though it is not reflected on the invoice and neither did they say anything about it when taking the card. When I mentioned that I would have appreciated having been told about it at the time of payment as it would have allowed me to consider other forms of payment, the fee was refunded but the response that followed is what I can only categorize as rude and unpleasant. Not recommended.
