These days it really is hard to find a good, honest mechanic. But I can say with 100% certainty…read morethat the guys at Specialty are not only the most honest mechanics I've ever met... They're some of the most honest people I've ever met. John, the owner, really takes pride in his work and oversees every repair to make sure it's done perfectly. He's always been available when I'm there to answer any questions I have about the repairs I need, the repairs I don't need, any upcoming maintenance or service intervals, etc. Lino is also always available and extremely knowledgeable. As an example of their integrity - I brought my car in a few months ago to have a belt tensioner replaced. After a few hours they called to let me know that I in fact didn't need the belt tensioner replaced; They repaired one other thing that I had been putting off for a while and let me know I could come pick up the car. Their pricing was extremely fair. I tried to explain that they needed to charge me for the time it took to take out the parts to get to the tensioner (I believe it was an hour or two) but they insisted that they would only charge for the work they did. Another benefit - there's an Enterprise Rental place right down the road - about a 5 minute walk. Anytime I have to leave the car overnight I reserve a rental car so I don't have to bother friends and family for a ride. All in all, I've been extremely happy with the guys at Specialty. I'm definitely a customer for life.

He said a truck will be right out and it was no problem to get the car home to Griffin. The driver was there in under 30 minutes. He was very kind and friendly. They made a bad time better by being so understanding, patient and kind. I would give more stars if I could! Thanks guys!

I told him where my boyfriend was because he was not at an exact location. He was on the interstate between 2 exits. How could I have given an exact location?
