Any home renovation can be challenging and filled with anxiety. Richard Lewis, was our consultant…read morefor our bathroom renovation. I can not say enough good about him. He was patient, kind, understood our needs and our budget, and gave us all the time we needed to make our decisions. He had suggestions but was not pushy. He thought of details we would need to address but I hadn't realized. Then our work was scheduled to begin before we anticipated. He was so helpful making sure we had all the materials at home in time. He coordinated us picking up pieces for our floor, from the same lot, from another location when we wanted extra just in case. Then our contractor ran out of wall tile. I still don't know why. Perhaps I had mismeasured. We needed 7 more discontinued pieces to finish the job, in hand over the weekend. Richard saved the day, and our bathroom. He called several other locations for us. It is now complete and gorgeous! We couldn't be happier. Micah, the store manager, was also very helpful. He also helped us when we came to pick up tiles and extra grout, another case of "in case we run out." Return time for our extra pieces. Micah took care of it all. We got our refund for the unused material. No business wants to make refunds but you need to over buy in this kind of renovation. They took it back graciously. We did not have any experience with this kind of renovation before. Whether you are veteran remodelers or new like us, go see Richard.

We called all of the likely and several of the unlikely suspects in search of someone who could supply the goods and services that we required. Finally, we stumbled upon Hatboro Lumber, which is an old-fashioned lumberyard that provides old-fashioned quality service. They will cut wood and laminated products to order (try getting that service at Lowe's or Home Depot) and the fee per cut is surprisingly reasonable. Hatboro also stocks mahogany and other furniture-grade woods. All of the employees are super helpful. Hatboro lumber is a huge asset to the neighborhood and community.

It is a nice store they have, the employees were helpful and the prices were great for the rental! Returning the U-Haul truck was easy too! The entire transaction went smoothly and I know I'll be back to see what other services and products they have, as I live 2 minutes away. However, the store can be a bit easy to miss, especially if you are coming down Schoolhouse Road. They do have a sign, you just need to keep an eye out for it. I'll explain with easy math, the machine cost $300 approximately now I did that twice so $600. They refunded me approximately $200, and trying to explain to me that the $400 I spent is really only $300. I will be back in tomorrow to return everything and see how the manager can do basic math. Maybe a 1st grade math test is in order. Next day update! Turns out Tonya can't do basic math I will list it out to see if it makes sense. I spent on the same of ego tool but the two were a buy one get one 284 93 190 Total of 567 I was refunded 190 Meaning I spent 377 for "buy one get one" where I bought 2 and was charged for 2. If the 93 was refunded like I tried to explain it would have given me a buy one get one. I guess I'm going to Ace and The depot moving forward and I HATE Home Depot but getting yelled and having to explain it to 5 people over and over again is worse than Home Depot.
