He was so helpful making sure we had all the materials at home in time. He coordinated us picking up pieces for our floor, from the same lot, from another location when we wanted extra just in case. Then our contractor ran out of wall tile. I still don't know why. Perhaps I had mismeasured. We needed 7 more discontinued pieces to finish the job, in hand over the weekend. Richard saved the day, and our bathroom. He called several other locations for us. It is now complete and gorgeous! We couldn't be happier. Micah, the store manager, was also very helpful. He also helped us when we came to pick up tiles and extra grout, another case of "in case we run out." Return time for our extra pieces. Micah took care of it all. We got our refund for the unused material. No business wants to make refunds but you need to over buy in this kind of renovation. They took it back graciously. Finally, we stumbled upon Hatboro Lumber, which is an old-fashioned lumberyard that provides old-fashioned quality service. They will cut wood and laminated products to order (try getting that service at Lowe's or Home Depot) and the fee per cut is surprisingly reasonable. Hatboro also stocks mahogany and other furniture-grade woods. All of the employees are super helpful. Hatboro lumber is a huge asset to the neighborhood and community.

However, the store can be a bit easy to miss, especially if you are coming down Schoolhouse Road. They do have a sign, you just need to keep an eye out for it. I'll explain with easy math, the machine cost $300 approximately now I did that twice so $600. They refunded me approximately $200, and trying to explain to me that the $400 I spent is really only $300. I will be back in tomorrow to return everything and see how the manager can do basic math. So many customer service people do not have enough experience to be truly helpful. Apprenticeship seems to be a thing of the past in business which is costing consumers more money than they realize and giving them substandard service. I will be back to purchase more blinds if Shirley helps me. Ive visited the same store in the blinds department at other times with poor service and support. The 5 stars are for Shirley and others like her. There are other individuals at this store in other departments that are very good. Only issue is that service isn't consistent.
