The girl who took my order didn't seem too happy to see me but she took my payment and went back to make my drink. We waited a while, and then a different, friendlier girl came to see if we'd been helped, which we said we had. Then we waited....a lot longer. The first girl finally came back after an extended time, made a very halfhearted apology for our wait (after we watched her horsing around with a male employee right behind the window) , and we were finally on our way. The drink was aggressively fine. I didn't taste any caramel and it mostly had a sort of nondescript mocha vibe. It was a touch on the bitter/burnt side too, though not unmanageable. I think I'm more upset about the price vs the size and quality rather than anything intrinsically wrong with the drink; if I could've had the same drink at around ~$5-6 I'd probably bump up to a 3 star rating.
