I searched in yelp and couldn't find anything, but as I drove near my parents home I spotted this park. I know that Salinas has a few sunny days during the year, and a park doesn't really sound like a place to be on those overcast days, but for those particularly nice days or for those who don't mind the cold. I was so lucky to have found this location. There is so much this place has to offer, you have a section just for toddlers and another for school age children. Large grass area where kids come and play ball. It's located next to an elementary school and the area is really nice and calm, not too much car traffic. My son had a wonderful time here. This is going to be his park to go to when visiting his grampies :)

I can say that many people don't know how to park properly some were parked in double spaces. There are some handicapped parking in the front. For the mess around the park I did see some however I think that's more of the parents' job rather than the park maintenance itself. I look forward to visit this place soon

It has a full kitchen, private restrooms, and a large parking lot. The space has AC/heater and windows to let the cool ocean breeze flow through. You do have to clean everything afterwards including restrooms, floor, take out trash, etc. but for under $1,000 you cannot beat that. Unfortunately, it is outdated and not renovated so it isn't modern. In fact, the floor inside the party space is pebbled rock which is not toddler friendly. The kitchen has a green bar counter but the appliances are updated. I also wish there were changing tables in the restrooms and nonbinary options. Also, though there is a ramp from parking lot to venue, it is not accessible to folks with mobility limitations as it is uphill. Otherwise, highly recommend it for a medium sized party! There is plenty of green space for kids to play outside and a playground for kids ages 5-10 about 75 yards from venue.

They got to play Jelly Ball out on the actual paintball field, which made it feel extra exciting and special for them. They were running around, laughing, and having the best time the entire time. It was such a fun birthday experience and something a little different from the typical birthday party. My husband even joined in on the fun and he loved it. We've been to most of the parks in the greater Bay Area and yesterday was our first time here. All the parks have been a great experience for us. They each have something we like, there's woodsball up north, nice variety in the central valley, we've had fun at all of them. So when I say that this was our favorite place, it means something. First off, great prices and superb staff to help you out. Geared towards the first time player but not limited in the least bit to new players. The fields are excellent, COD fans will have a familiar field to play on! The players we encountered were all good friendly people, both other teens/young adults and adults were friendly to my sons and I and it was a nice mix of teams. Lastly. The pro-shop and management team, the owner/operator and his managers are there to make sure you are enjoying your visit. I spent some time talking with them and they are committed to making your experience a long lasting memory. You want to build those core memories with your family and friends? They are the guys to help you do that. The Park is not limited to paintball, there's other activities available even for the really young ones. We'll be going back again soon!

It's a City-owned park, so I understand they have the right to use it as they please, but to hog it up year-round seems a little excessive. I arrived on a nice sunny Saturday afternoon. High Scores Arcade is located in a nice area off Alvarado street in downtown Monterey. Parking is free and accessible along the streets and the nearby parking lots. The arcade games collection are classic, vintage, and from the 80's-90's. The space is on the smaller side but has just enough video games to look reputable. The decor is vibrant, bright, and playful. In the front is the counter where you purchase your admission, snacks, and alcohol/non alcoholic drinks. The admission is fairly priced. 1 hour of unlimited play is $10.00. All day unlimited play is $22.00. Overall we enjoyed our experience at High Scores Arcade. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The vibe was nostalgic and bustling. It was nice to introduce the games I use to play back in the day and play along side with my son. We hope to be back when we are in the area.
