That patio overlooks a massive backyard complete with a live music stage and a great grassy area for kids to play. We tried the drink of the month--the Cowboy Spritz--and it was fantastic! Huge shoutout to our bartender, Ginger, who was an absolute sweetheart and went above and beyond to give us a wonderful experience. The Lube Room is now a mandatory stop for us whenever we travel through Ebbetts Pass or vacation in the area!

It should not take 2 hours for pizza and wings. Wings were cold, but even worse - seemingly not fully cooked. Just - sad. Chef Nolan, who started in Nov '24, has totally invigorated this little lounge/pub/bistro. The menu is limited and focused, with flavors aplenty, and perfectly cooked cuisine. Some of my favorites are the Brussels Sprouts, Portabello Fries (tempura like), cheeseburger egg rolls, and the salmon burger- from what I've tried. ETA: the burger is out of this world - char grilled to perfection- I had mine medium rare. The salmon and beef are always fresh, never frozen.

We ordered the braised lamb shank, grizzly burger with tillamook cheese and bacon, and the creme brulee for dessert. The grizzly burger was our favorite and we were too excited to try that I didn't catch a picture. Everything about this burger was perfect- the brioche bun was lightly toasted, garlic aioli not crazy strong but just the right impact, and really loved the added combination of the tillamook white cheddar and bacon. Yummm. Also the fries it comes with are perfect level of crisp. The braised lamb shank was also amazing. Cooked in a red wine reduction and sat on top of potatoes. Super tender and flavorful and a huge portion. For dessert we got creme brulee! The creme has a nice decadent sweetness. The broiled sugar was a little thicker than I'm used to but still very delicious. I recommend everything! But especially the burger, wish I could eat it again! Till next time!

We reviewed the menu, ordered drinks. Beers were good but nothing to brag about. We ordered food - two burgers, pulled pork sandwich, two pizzas and kids chicken tenders. It took nearly 45 minutes. We watched others who came in after us get their food. My assumption was they were trying to serve our whole party at the same time. Food was average. Nothing stood out. It got busy while we were there and they were seriously under staffed. The bartender/waiter, and another woman bringing food out from the kitchen was it. We wanted to like it but it was average. We were in town for the holiday weekend so maybe our review won't matter but I wouldn't come back for average food and slow service. There is potential.
