After receiving the quote, which we felt was very fair, we had Charlie Horner effect a repair. We could not be happier with the quality of the repair. Actually we were AMAZED at the quality of the repair and wish to commend Mr. Horner for saving us hundreds of dollars by not having to purchase a new chair.
