i've never been in a Brahmin store before and just had the best experience at the factory outlet mall in Orlando, Florida. Asia, the manager, took me under her wing and educated me on all of the names of the collections that I loved, namely the bags that had an additional finish to them that looked like aurora borealis or pearl. She was so well educated and I went in to buy a small Crossbody and left with three handbags and a keychain :-) I will definitely be going back to this store just because of her excellent personality and helpful assistance. Rasheed wss excellent but Will the manager was horrible. You do not belittle your employee especially not with customers in the store. Makes me wonder if he is racist. The Brahmin Handbag Outlet is my favorite store in the entire state of Florida! I would walk across a swamp full of alligators to get to those purses. The Brahmin Handbag Outlet is located in the Express Factory Outlet which is a large, multi-store outlet. I don't tarry but go straight to the Brahmin store and enter handbag heaven! Brahmin handbags are made in the USA and in my opinion are the finest handbags on the planet. You cannot wear out a Brahmin with normal use. Their styles are timeless. The range of colors they use is amazing. I have Brahmin bags that are over ten years old and they are still classic and beautiful. The bags are head turners. I always have a Brahamin purse when I shop there and have never gotten a snide remark. I shopped in this store on Black Friday 2023. I saved my money for several years and I was excited to buy new bags. Even though it was Black Friday there were only a few shoppers in the store unlike a lot of other stores that had long lines to enter the store. My son and I spent almost $900. The store manager Jonathan was my cashier. When I arrived at my hotel I found Jonathan did not put all of my items in my bag. I called this store and Jonathan let me know my item was at his register and he would hold it for me. The traffic and parking was terrible at the outlet it took over an hour just to reach the store. When I finally arrived at the store Jonathan was talking with a customer when they I arrived and asked for my item. He continued talking to the customer and made me wait about 15 minutes. After speaking with the customer he started talking to an employee instead of retrieving my item. I finally interrupted his conversation and asked him to get the item he forgot to put in my bag. When I finally received my item I said I am sure I will receive a complimentary item or coupon for the way he treated me. He told me he wasn't giving me anything. I have never felt so disrespected after spending so much money. Also, they do not tell you the purchased items are a final sale until after you purchase them. I have contacted Brahmin several times to complain about my customer service experience but never received a return call. I was a Brahmin lover but after this experience I will never buy another Brahmin and will try to sell what I own. read more

I was on a business trip and I love Brahmin bags, so I decided to stop in the store before my flight (since there are only a few around the country). I was carrying a company laptop, which I am not allowed to leave unattended in my vehicle, and I use the Brahmin "Business Tote" as my laptop bag. I went into the store with my bag and the experience was fine. I bought a few items, but on my way out of the door I heard the two sales associates (a black gentleman with dreadlocks and an older white woman) start talking trash about people who bring their Brahmin bags into the store. Next time you want to talk trash about customers who have invested in your brand, make sure they can't hear you. There's really no need for a customer to try to "show off" to store employees by bringing a Brahmin bag into the store, which is apparently what they think is happening, since I'm there to spend money so obviously I can afford the product. Some of us just happen to carry a Brahmin bag every single day. It is what it is. Sorry for liking the brand I guess??? I love the Brahmin bags I have purchased online and at Macy's. It looks like everyone else has had a good experience here (maybe the sales associates were smart enough to keep their mouths shut until the store was empty), but unfortunately the employees here ruined the experience for me and left a bad taste in my mouth about the brand itself since I have had no other interaction with their employees. read more

I have always gotten my Brahmin from Dillards, but decided to fight the Orlando traffic and check the outlet out. So glad I did, awesome 30-60% off sales, a rack of big sized bags for $100. I was treated good, was greeted when I walked in, I was looking at a purse that had a cable on it and was asked if I wanted it unlocked. I got a $355 python purse for $170, luckily my husband was with me, with these prices I will now get 3 outlet purses for Christmas instead of one from Dillards. Oh and my receipt says you can only get 5 a month, people complained about that, if you plan on buying 6 people a purse at one time like Christmas for example, I guess one person will either have to get one for full price somewhere or something different all together, cant blame Brahmin for wanted to keep resales down. read more

While on the hunt for a great clutch for my birthday I somehow stumbled into Brahmin. I was a tad afraid to enter because I assumed they had prices close to LV and Gucci. I entered and I was so glad I did! They have amazing purses with great quality and great prices for what your getting. I think the best part was the sales consultant that assisted me pick a great clutch. She was super inviting and didn't give off that you don't look like you can afford these prices look (I generally get that since I'm always wearing urban clothes). She asked me questions about myself and what I was looking for in terms of color, style, and size.
