Best Excursion I have ever done in my life! All in one(natural water slides, water falls, hiking, repelling, canyoning, zip-lining, cliff-jumping, swimming, breathtaking scenery, and experience) Highly Recommend going on an adventure with Montana Explore. Montana Explore asked if we like water activities or prefer to hike more. We said a little of both with mostly waterfalls. WOW! They did exactly that. It was incredible. (What to wear: pants that dry fast, light long sleeve shirt, long socks, boots. What to bring: water, snacks, backpack)
We started off hiking up along the side of a river with visible waterfalls, pools, and rapids. After the first 10 minutes of a steep incline the path evens out and gradually ascends. Luis and Quinti go completely on your pace and will take breaks whenever, or continue with no stops. Along side of the river, There is breathtaking views. As we were hiking we came at a natural water slide and slid down into a natural pool. After sliding down a couple times we began to hike up and see amazing views. The next stop was about a 20ft water fall with a pool. Luis swam us to a spot under the water fall, (almost like a cave behind the waterfall fall) and then said to swim thru the water fall. Great experience! We continued to hike and came to a steep 40ft drop where we climbed down repelling and ending with a free fall into water. Then we took a break on top of a waterfall overlooking Puerto Rico.
Now at the top, we had to get back down. The best part, because we the only way to get down was thru the river (Cliff jumping, canyoning, repelling, zip-lining)
After our break, we began zip-lining over the river to the other side, then with the zip-line still attached we built up momentum by running on the ground and jumping back against the angle of the cable stopping a 1/4 way thru, and then repelling straight down. Next we did some river trekking to get down, reaching the top of a water fall and jumped off a 35ft cliff, and then a 30ft cliff. We trekked down the river a little more and then went canyoning down a water fall, stopping on a ledge and jumping 15ft into a natural pool! Then we got to the path again hiking down for 10minutes and we were back to where we started!
Absolutely Incredible Experience! I would fly to Puerto Rico for 1day with friends and family just to do this excursion!
Thank You so Much Luis and Quinti for the time of a life time! read more
