Our waitress did not seem to know the menu, and it took approximately 15 minutes just to get our orders entered. Drinks were extremely slow, we received no drink refills, and there wasn't even enough silverware for our table. We literally had to go hunt down additional silverware ourselves. Then came the food. It took over an hour to receive our meals. What made the whole experience even more frustrating was that the restaurant wasn't busy. They simply seemed completely overwhelmed and unprepared to handle our group. We understand that 16 people is a larger party--which is exactly why we tried to give them advance notice. We attempted to make a reservation as a courtesy to the restaurant, and they still weren't remotely prepared. Over an hour for food. No drink refills. Not enough silverware. Slow service. Poor organization. And all of this while the restaurant wasn't busy.
