WARNING WARNING WARNING AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS…read more a month ago i talked to JAY KORTH about getting a wrap on my truck. we talked about the design and cost. after not hearing from Jay I sent him an email and two days later he reported that he had been swamped and would work up something in the morning. Two days + passed and I emailed Jay again stating apparently in the morning was a different interpretation than mine. Now it's been a month + and Jay sends me a draft picture of what he had done. I excepted it and ask when it could be done. His response was I'm on vacation all next week so it would be either the 15 or 16 of May.that would be a month and a half + start to finish. i told him to shove it and I'll go elsewhere.warning warning warning you should do the same.

He got me a good deal on a ct15. My new go-to spot for all my equipment needs! That was my original review above 7 months ago. Now, after months of dealing with bad machines and terrible customer service they forced me to write this.... I originally bought a ipc eagle ct5, when it arrived it was broken, Gary told me send it back at their expense, (I don't give awards for doing right thing) but that was cool. When I seen how small it was in person and considering I was sending it back anyway, I upgraded to a ct15. I was sent an invoice that didn't include sales tax so I was stoked. Saving of $300!! But within a couple weeks he says they made a mistake and that I have to pay it. I'm like ,ok cool and paid it. But at same time I was having issues with noises and the squeegee blade. He kept sending me back to ipc tech support, I get no help and I have to spend hours of personal trial and error to get it to work right. And about 3 months after I bought, the batterys stopped holding a full charge! Now I'm trying to call Gary again and he now seems to be on vacation every time I call. Machine went from 45min of run time all the way down to 7. And that took about 2 months from time it started... And he ducked my calls for 2 months. I finally got icpeagle tech support on the phone and they told me that all I had to do was order the batteries from Gary at (Montana broom and brush) and then he would submit the warranty claim. And give me a credit back for price. I call them to confirm and they tell me a different story!! So I cut all the back and forth out and do a conference call with ipc eagle tech & Gary. I get the run around from Gary and he ends up hanging up on us. ICP eagle said he can't help... everything has to run thru the distributor that sold the machine. So as my run time on machine is getting lower and lower I'm stressed, cause I'm losing productivity!! So now I tried to call Gary and he said he will only speak to me thru email. What a guy! . He finally charged me 250$ to send me new batteries (because the battery warranty is prorated, and since I was at 6 months I had to pay 1/2 the cost + $50 shipping), when I received them they were NOT the same. And when I looked them up online I found them for sale brand new for less then my 1/2 price warranty price. I feel totally played. I installed them and my Machine works like new again!!!!! For like 3 days.... Now it's already losing battery life. I reach out (thru email) and explain the situation and Gary basically put me off on some 3 rd party repair center. And says I have to foot the bill for everything and they are not responsible for anything. Just terrible. I spent about $4,000 and in 6 months my machine basically don't work. If they were closer I'd definitely go and have a face to face word with the guy. I'm just a small company trying to make a way and I learned my lesson in dealing with stores rather than I am willing to travel.

It's not just what you know, it's also who you know, and knowing who works where and what days to do what, as well as being prepared with the legal case precedent information, as well as all applicable laws, and this is what Mr. Flowers and Mr. Beebe did for me. It wasn't an easy resolution, many unknowns, and some guesswork to reach the desired legal outcome, but they did it and they did it well. I am very impressed with them and I'd hire them again in a heartbeat if I ever needed them. Thank you SO MUCH Mr. Flowers and Mr. Beebe!

These lawyers will say what they need to in the moment during your consultation to give the perception they are going to put forth effort into your case, they will not. There was several things they told me they were going to peruse in my case that never actually happened. In addition, they are highly unprofessional and do not care about your time. For example, they submitted a continuance on my case because "they needed a vacation." In addition, they also forgot to ask for my permission about this or inform me. I ended up taking a day of PTO and appeared at the court house, only to find out my case had been moved back several additional months. This was despite them knowing time was of the essence for me. They offered to reimburse me for my time, but never followed through or mentioned it again. This was just one of several issues throughout the almost year long process my case took with them. Speaking with others, it seems like there has been a recent downturn in quality and my experience has been common amongst many others recently.

She said she could do it and verified that I sent her all the data. I waited and waited, no action, no contact, no response. I begged Dept of Revenue to give me more time because of her delay. She missed two more deadlines and said she'd deal with DoR to keep them from penalizing me. Her reasons included Illness in the family, death in the family, but gave me yet another month of silence. I have been completely understanding and polite through all of this. I finally called Van Barron, her boss, to beg for action. He refused to speak with me. FOUR MONTHS and I still don't have the tax form done. DoR is after me. This firm totally sucks!!! Redmond even screwed up the tax returns of the person who recommended her to me this year.
