I left scared that the person that was helping me wasn't aware of a bunch of different things you can claim on your taxes. He had no clue about being able to split up the taxes paid on a Trad. IRA moved into a Roth, so you only had to pay half the taxes owed one year and half the next year. He didn't know what you could claim from your mortgage payments and actually argued with me, before looking up the answer and finding out he was wrong. I went in there thinking I would be better off having them help me, I was really really wrong! Be careful if you use them that you don't miss out on money you should be getting back.

They have failed to communicate with us after they sent…read morethe bills. long story short our check was lost in the mail or the cpa's said they received it but wasn't sure where it was supposed to go to so they tossed it out. they did not contact us to say they never received it Or what the check was for. instead sent the bill to collections. They also charged us triple compared to what other cpas charge. Charged us for being on the phone with them? charged us for stuff they had my wife do for them and send to them, Claiming they spent 7 hours doing it all. everything about that place was handled very unprofessionally and would never recommend this place.
