She missed two more deadlines and said she'd deal with DoR to keep them from penalizing me. Her reasons included Illness in the family, death in the family, but gave me yet another month of silence. I have been completely understanding and polite through all of this. I finally called Van Barron, her boss, to beg for action. He refused to speak with me. FOUR MONTHS and I still don't have the tax form done. DoR is after me. This firm totally sucks!!! Redmond even screwed up the tax returns of the person who recommended her to me this year.
