Upon arrival, I was kept waiting while the person I had an appointment with finished her smoke break. We chatted a bit and I was given a series of tests that had little to nothing to do with my education, skills or experience (I did not want to temp at a call center nor did I want to input digits on a computer). A few days later, I was contacted by email to schedule a "cattle call" interview at ... you guessed it, a call center. I couldn't make the date/time set and let them know. Then, I received a phone call trying to schedule me for another interview. However, the person on the phone didn't know a thing about the position and couldn't give me any details. I looked into it myself and discovered it was another call center type position. I asked about openings more in my line of experience and interest and never heard from them again. Nearly all contact I had with A2Z was unprofessional and left me with more questions than answers. My advice to anyone out there looking for temp work is to get linked up with as many companies as you can and know that at least one will get you somewhere.

They ended up filing it incorrectly which reduced the refund by thousands and thousands of dollars. The refund that was received should have been deposited to a bank account instead they erroneously applied it to the following year's estimated taxes. We are still waiting for the balance of our refund. Meanwhile I am receiving notices that I failed to file a return at all. Hey the good news is that they billed me promptly for their services.
