The lady we were working with made it impossible. More documentation was needed, then provided by both myself and my attorney. After a couple days I called in. No answer. Left a message. A week later called back, another gal answers takes my message. Another 4 days go by so I call again. No answer. Got fed up, went to a different title company and they had it done in a week. If you are looking for title insurance, do not use First Montana title company! They cost me my time, a lot of it and about $1000 in attorney fees to produce documents. Go somewhere else!!
