As a local business owner, I first set up my account through a business representative, but all my…read moreongoing dealings have been with the same regular customer service team that everyone else uses in the lobby. What truly stands out is how the staff has always treated me with genuine respect and kindness -- even before they had any idea I had a business account. They handle my home/business needs with the same care and professionalism they give to commercial accounts. That level of consistent, honorable service is rare these days, and it means a lot. I have NEVER had any outages for the life of my time with spectrum. I have had them for a year now. Thank you, Helena Spectrum -- you guys are amazing and truly deserve all the praise. I know you're relatively new to fiber internet in my area, which is exactly what drew me to you in the first place. Yes, there were a few technical growing pains on the infrastructure side, but I refuse to blame the incredible team at the office for things completely outside their control. You've earned a loyal customer. Keep doing what you're doing!

He said he could help me. He found me a phone and plan for $120 a month. Could I possibly pay $20 more and get unlimited everything to avoid overages. I thought I could make it work. He told me that there were some up front charges and the bill would look bad at first but it would go back to $140 after the first month. It did not. The bill was $220. If I would have known the bill was that expensive I would have said no. He put me in a financial bind for a year.

This is a long one. I reached out to Coy (the owner) about…read morean iPhone 11 screen repair. He said HE'd be happy to do it, so I dropped off my phone on a Monday. I was leaving town that Thursday and he assured me my phone would be done by then. On Wednesday I reached out and he said "phone should be ready Friday"... So I let him know, again, that I was leaving town and we covered that on Monday.. He said in that case, my phone would be ready for pickup at 10am Thursday morning. I drove to the store at 10am, walked in and the man there said "Coy told me to tell you the phone will be ready on Friday"... It was a full "twilight zone" moment. I just about lost it. Coy then started ignoring my phone calls and his employees calls as well. I tried calling Coy from two different phone numbers and he picked up, not knowing it was me. He said he's sorry but I can't get my phone, because it's in Butte.. I started asking the basic questions... like wtaf how is that possible? He explained that he never intended to fix my phone. He sends it up to Butte through a fourth party business.. So he misleads his customers off rip. This conversation was at 1pm, he said he would drive to Butte from Helena, get my phone and bring it to me. So I said ok I'll wait the minimum two hours it takes to drive there and back. At 1:45pm I get a call from his employee, telling me my phone is there and ready for pickup.. This whole thing is so crazy because he lied about EVERYTHING. The weirdest part is lying about my phone being in Butte.. the whole thing was so suspect. I got my phone, it lasted about a week before the screen went crazy with phantom presses and opening apps etc. They bitched the screen repair entirely so I had to take it to another cellphone repair shop and pay another $300 to get it fixed. To top it all off, Coy blocked my number. This was a very expensive mistake. I would avoid this man's services and his "security" cameras that he installs. He's a snake. And he's clearly unfamiliar with Helena folks, who will NOT put up with that.
