Two weeks later, I went to drop off the bike and a different guy helped check me in. He was cold and apparently couldn't care less. The next day, I picked up my bike and a third person helped me. That guy is the only reason I'll ever return to Wheaton's because he was awesome, caring, and had great customer service skills. I'll include a picture of him. And then we were told that they were done yesterday, an entire WEEK late, and when we got there today the guy was all "Oh can I have an extra hour or hour and a half?" The hell? Does "ready to pick up" mean something different to them than it does to me? We came back an hour or so later, and he gave the us two of the bikes back...the third was forgotten in the bowels of the repair shop. So we had the pleasure of waiting another 45 minutes for the repairs to be done on the last bike. In a nutshell, this place is disorganized and although the repairs were done, and I suppose you could say the guy was nice (but who cares about nice when the inefficiency is sending you into a blind rage!), it took so damn long I would never go back here. What a waste of time.
