Two weeks later, I went to drop off the bike and a different guy helped check me in. He was cold and apparently couldn't care less. The next day, I picked up my bike and a third person helped me. That guy is the only reason I'll ever return to Wheaton's because he was awesome, caring, and had great customer service skills. I'll include a picture of him. So we had the pleasure of waiting another 45 minutes for the repairs to be done on the last bike. In a nutshell, this place is disorganized and although the repairs were done, and I suppose you could say the guy was nice (but who cares about nice when the inefficiency is sending you into a blind rage!), it took so damn long I would never go back here.
