Stopped in yesterday to see what the cost and timing would be to tint all windows of my MINI Countryman SE ALL4. I was thinking I wanted dark tint all around, except for the windscreen. They made a valid point that the driver's and front passenger's side windows should be a little lighter for visibility and safety during night time driving. I returned this morning at around 11-11:30 and they were able to get started right away. I was out of there a bit past 1:00. They have a decent waiting area with a couple of couches and a cute mini poodle (?) lounging around. I'd definitely go back and recommend to others. read more

After having two coworkers recommend this place I gave them a call to set up an appt. It took a couple of attempts over a few days, but I finally got a hold of someone who said appointments were not needed and to just come on in. They also gave me an estimate over the phone ($200) ceramic tint for my back side windows and back window of my vehicle. They close at 4PM and I usually work until 430, so I made arrangements at work to take a three hours vacation time and swing by this afternoon. They are in an industrial and easy to find area. Here's where the problems began: First I walked in and talked briefly to a young lady who came off as confused. She talked to the guys in the back and came back with a different estimate of $250. That's ok - still a great price. Before disappearing, she handed me paperwork to fill out. After filling it out, I waited...and waited....and waited...poked my head in the back looking for her without luck. I then noticed a small sign that said 'cash only'. Well, crap, I was going to charge the service. However, I wanted to wait and verify this verbally with her. If she ever came back. She never did. No one did. Finally, after 20+ mins of waiting for her, or anyone, to return to the front room where customers wait, I gave up. The 1 star is not necessarily for their window tint installation because I never got that far. It could be great or horrible for all I know. The 1 star is for lack of customer service...or even acknowledgment. I'm upset that I took vacation hours from work. I still want my windows tinted, but I will be going elsewhere. read more

I don't recommend this place. I had to go back for to fix a window that was peeling and had to come back more than three times for them to fix it. The last time I was in to get it fixed from being told to "come back tomorrow" after 3 times they finally pulled my vehicle back. The reason I'm writing this is warn people to check their vehicles for all their belongings before leaving since I think they rummage through your vehicle and center console when they have your vehicle out of site. read more

He was fast and did I great job, dropped off car and was done few hours later , job is quality

I have been coming here for years to get my tint done. Went in this week to get some tint on my wife's car and was told they could take it in right away. I opted to wait for the car while it was being worked on and the did a fantastic job. Thank you to the staff who helped me out. Keep up the great work. read more

Beware, I wouldn't go back! Had issues immediately with the install. Had to take it back to fix small bubbles, tint pealing off, permanent scratch marks from their install and they left my car a mess. They ruined my back window by scratching the underside corners when removing my old tint. Their excuse was that it was there before, yeah right... it was not there before I took it to your shop. They refused to fix it or take RESPONSIBILITY ! Now I need a new rear window if I want to fix the scratches. When I asked them to repair the damage that they caused I received many excuses. They said it wasn't worth it and ignored me to send me on my way. Told me to come back another time! POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Bad attitudes and many excuses! Please GO ELSEWHERE read more

Great work, super dark tints and quick friendly service! Called and they said to stop in as a walk-in. By 8:05 the next morning there were 3-4 cars in front of me. People are lining up to get their car windows tinted here. After a quick discussion of options, I was on my way leaving my car to get the original tint removed and replaced with a much darker higher quality tint film. The car was ready when they said it would be and I was immediately impressed with the quality of work and the product. Highly recommended!! Heads up...this is a cash only business so be prepared read more

Taken 5+ cars over the years. Usually done in a couple of hours. Always do a great job. Highly recommend.

I used to love this place my daughter and I change cars every 2 years and never had a bad experience until this last time. I took my new car to get its tint and I trusted them to do a good job because they always have, however this time was the exception they did a horrible job I have bubbles on my back window and you can see scratches on the tint, and the windows have purple streaks it's only been a few months since I got this car brand new, and a bad tint job cheapens it. My husband took it back to show them because they said that their work is guaranteed with the receipt but they proceeded to tell him that it doesn't always come out perfect. I wouldn't recommend this place now at all please do your homework. read more

Love this place! I came in, and there was one person ahead of me, but my car was still taken care of rather quickly once it was my turn. The owner came out and spoke to me for a little while, very nice man, and the pricing was very good! I could not be happier with how my car looks now and how much better it feels to not have the sun beaming at me! I came all the way from the OC visiting my sister, and she recommended this place to me. Told my best friend and it looks like I'll be visiting my sister again soon! read more

This is a follow-up to a previous review. I have a BMW i3 and it has very small windows in the back that are hard to reach. Also, the car automatically cracks the windows when closing the door(s). As a consequence, I had to have Luis re-apply new covering a couple of times. The last time he asked if I could leave the car for a day so that it could dry in the sun before I took it home. He went the extra mile to make sure the window tinting would adhere and they look amazing. I have to point out that all those replacements were on his dime. He definitely stands behind his work. read more

They are very careless in their installation. They do not clean the up water that drips everywhere during installation. The cuts are sloppy and multiple bubbles can be seen throughout. I even had scratches in the tint. When I pointed them out, I was told that they will remove the film and give me my money back. They clearly do not stand behind their work and do not care about customer satisfaction. If it were me, I would offer to replace it right away. It's a crapshoot here. If I wanted to gamble I'd go to a casino. read more

So satisfied! This hole in the wall did not disappoint. My friend swore by them, since he has taken several cars there, but I was hesitant because there was not much info on the internet about them. Glad i listened. Their work is clean, efficient AND they offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY on their work!!! It also turns out, i didnt know what shade i wanted until they tinted all my windows. I felt terrible that i was un-happy with my shade choice and the the owner RE-DID THE WINDOWS FOR ME!!! of course i paid for the redo but it was extremely minimal since he could have charged me again since it was not their mistake. It was well worth the extra dough for me. I will difinitly encourage anyone i know to go to monster tint from here on out. read more

I had called ahead just to confirm a hour to drop by when they weren't busy, 1 o'clock okay sure perfect. I arrived ha wow what a warm welcome "none". Hi I'm the customer that called ahead to see about tinting my vehicle and was told by 1 o'clock you would be free to tint my vehicle, oh yeah i remember well it's a 45 min wait (walks away) okay thanks (I'm sitting outside contemplating should i or should i not have them do my tint?). Came to my conclusion......drives off after writing review. read more

I highly recommend Monster Tint! They tinted my daughter's car one weekend, and then mine the next. This was over a month ago - and even with the extreme heat we are having, the tint still looks amazing. Price is more than fair (they basically charge what everyone else charges) and the folks there are very friendly. They accept walk-ins and they did an excellent job in reasonable time and price! Will recommend to friends.

I have taken a few cars here, so have a few of my friends. They do a great job every time!

I called days in advance to ask if they were open and taking appointments. I was told to show up early at 8 on a Saturday when they opened and that no appointment was needed. I showed up at 7:45 and waited until 10:00. They never opened. I drove an hour to get this done. Either set appointments for customers or open when you say you are supposed to. There were 3 other customers waiting. This isn't a professional way to run a business. read more
