The carpeted floor mats and arm rests were the worst, and when they were done everything looked as clean and new as it could considering 15 years of use! The team were professional, courteous, and timely (they did arrive early). They make it easy to settle up when they're done as they take pretty much any form of payment. I think we are good for another 15 years... Highly recommended - their online booking system was easy to use and made it painless to get scheduled. I really didn't even need the car detailed, just the ceramic coating. Being that I own several cars, I was hoping that this would be an opportunity to find someone local who I could have do my other cars as well. Anyways, I reached out to the owner earlier this year and asked if he was still honoring the certificate and he replied that he was. I mentioned that my car wasn't quite done yet would be in touch when it was ready. Well, a few months later it was ready and I reached back out again. And again. And again. This time, zero replies. I'm assuming at this point that he's not going to honor his word or his certificate. I'm happy to have helped out the charity, but I'll definitely let others know in the future if there's an auction with this company's name on it then it's not worth the paper it's printed on. And for anyone who is considering using this company for ceramic coating or anything with a warranty or guarantee, be wary. Apparently he has no problem ghosting people when it doesn't involve money going into his pocket.

Cool Auto had great reviews and many of them were personally answered by their owner, Cassandra. When I called for more information, sure enough, Cassandra answered the phone and took the time to explain all my options and invited me to see their shop at any time. I found her prices were fair and her shop was full of beautifully detailed cars and professional folks when I visited. I booked an appointment immediately. Over the years, Cassandra and her crew have expanded their offerings, now installing PPF and window tint to go along with their expert paint correction, detailing, and ceramic applications. Over the years, they have handled paint chips, door scratches, water spots and maintained my car's finish perfectly. Their prices are fair and they get the job done right, every time. It's rare these days, but after three years visiting her shop, I trust and believe it when they say they care about their customers' cars and happiness. I've brought the membership, I get my ceramic coating maintained every year, and eventually, I'll replace the original PPF on my bumper at Cool Auto as well. The headlights, leather, and overall condition look almost brand new. My grandfather, who owned the car before me, didn't even recognize it when I showed him photos -- that's how dramatic the difference was. They had really great customer service the entire time my car was in there. The owner was very down to earth, and it really make me feel very comfortable. They were patient and flexible with my schedule, and I really appreciated that. Once I finally got the car in, they took great care of it. I'm genuinely happy with the results and would 100% recommend them. I called around to 3 other places, two of which never called me back with a quote. Donny, the owner at clear choice, was very helpful in explaining my options and when I told him what I wanted and what my budget was, he was able to bring the price down a little to be within budget. Everything about my interaction with Donny gave me the confidence that Clear Choice was the clear choice and I was right when I picked up my vehicle. They wrap the PPF around the corners and use high quality Xpel products. Everything looked perfect.
