Being that I own several cars, I was hoping that this would be an opportunity to find someone local who I could have do my other cars as well. Anyways, I reached out to the owner earlier this year and asked if he was still honoring the certificate and he replied that he was. I mentioned that my car wasn't quite done yet would be in touch when it was ready. Well, a few months later it was ready and I reached back out again. And again. And again. This time, zero replies. I'm assuming at this point that he's not going to honor his word or his certificate. I'm happy to have helped out the charity, but I'll definitely let others know in the future if there's an auction with this company's name on it then it's not worth the paper it's printed on. And for anyone who is considering using this company for ceramic coating or anything with a warranty or guarantee, be wary.
